Outfitry — Kullanım Koşulları

1. Kabul ve Anlaşma
Outfitry uygulamasını kullanarak bu Kullanım Koşullarını kabul etmiş sayılırsınız. Bu koşulları kabul etmiyorsanız uygulamayı kullanmayınız.
2. Hizmet Tanımı
Outfitry, kullanıcıların kıyafet fotoğrafları yükleyerek yapay zeka destekli kombin önerileri alabileceği bir mobil uygulamadır. Hizmet "olduğu gibi" sunulur ve sürekli geliştirilmektedir.
3. Kullanıcı Hesabı ve Sorumluluklar
- Hesap bilgilerinin doğru ve güncel olmasından sorumlusunuz
- Şifrenizi güvenli tutmak ve başkalarıyla paylaşmamak
- Hesabınızda gerçekleşen tüm faaliyetlerden sorumlu olmak
- 13 yaşından büyük olmanız gerekir (bazı bölgelerde 16 yaş)
4. İçerik Kuralları ve Yasaklar
Aşağıdaki içerik türleri kesinlikle yasaktır:
- Pornografik, müstehcen veya cinsel içerik
- Nefret söylemi, ayrımcılık veya şiddeti teşvik eden içerik
- Telif hakkı ihlali yapan görsel veya metin
- Spam, reklam veya ticari içerik
- Kişisel bilgileri (adres, telefon vb.) içeren paylaşımlar
- Yasa dışı faaliyetleri teşvik eden içerik
5. İçerik Lisansı ve Haklar
- Yüklediğiniz içeriklerin mülkiyet hakları size aittir
- Outfitry'a hizmetin sağlanması için sınırlı, münhasır olmayan lisans verirsiniz
- AI model eğitimi için ayrı onay gereklidir
- İçeriklerinizi istediğiniz zaman silebilirsiniz
6. İçerik Moderasyonu ve Kaldırma
Outfitry, kurallara aykırı içerikleri kaldırma hakkını saklı tutar. Tekrarlayan ihlaller hesap askıya alınmasına veya kapatılmasına yol açabilir.
7. Yapay Zeka ve Otomatik Öneriler
- AI önerileri tamamen öneri niteliğindedir
- Öneriler hukuki veya bağlayıcı kararlar değildir
- Sonuçların doğruluğunu garanti etmez
- AI sonuçlarına itiraz etme hakkınız vardır
8. Reklam ve Monetizasyon
Uygulama reklam gösterebilir ve premium özellikler sunabilir. Reklam tercihlerinizi yönetebilir ve hedefli reklamları reddedebilirsiniz.

10. Üçüncü Taraflar ile Paylaşım
Verileriniz yalnızca hizmetin sağlanması için gerekli olan üçüncü taraflarla (bulut sağlayıcılar, analiz hizmetleri) paylaşılır. Reklam ortakları ile veri paylaşımı onayınız ile yapılır.
11. Uluslararası Veri Aktarımları
Verileriniz farklı ülkelerdeki sunuculara aktarılabilir. Bu durumda gerekli güvenlik önlemleri alınır.
12. İçerik Moderasyonu, Şikayet ve Kaldırma

13. Hizmet Kesintileri ve Değişiklikleri
Outfitry, hizmeti geçici olarak durdurma, değiştirme veya tamamen sonlandırma hakkını saklı tutar. Önemli değişiklikler önceden duyurulur.
14. Sorumluluk Sınırları
- Hizmet "olduğu gibi" sunulur, garanti verilmez
- AI önerilerinin sonuçlarından sorumluluk alınmaz
- Veri kaybı veya hizmet kesintilerinden kaynaklanan zararlar için sorumluluk sınırlıdır
- Maksimum sorumluluk son 12 ayda ödenen ücretle sınırlıdır
15. Hesap İptal ve Sonlandırma
- Hesabınızı istediğiniz zaman kapatabilirsiniz
- Kural ihlalleri durumunda hesabınız askıya alınabilir
- Hesap kapatma sonrası veriler belirtilen sürelerde silinir
16. Fikri Mülkiyet
Uygulama ve içeriği Outfitry'ın fikri mülkiyetidir. İzinsiz kullanım, kopyalama veya dağıtım yasaktır.
17. Uyuşmazlık Çözümü
Uyuşmazlıklar önce dostane yollarla çözülmeye çalışılır. Çözülemezse yetkili mahkemelere başvurulabilir.
18. Uygulanacak Hukuk
Bu koşullara Türkiye Cumhuriyeti yasaları uygulanır. Uyuşmazlıklarda İstanbul mahkemeleri yetkilidir.
19. Değişiklikler
Bu koşullar zaman zaman güncellenebilir. Önemli değişiklikler uygulama içinde duyurulur. Güncelleme sonrası kullanım devam etmesi yeni koşulları kabul anlamına gelir.

Outfitry — Terms of Service

1. Acceptance and Agreement
By using the Outfitry app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.
2. Service Description
Outfitry is a mobile application that allows users to upload clothing photos and receive AI-powered outfit recommendations. The service is provided "as is" and is continuously being developed.
3. User Account and Responsibilities
- You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and up-to-date
- Keep your password secure and do not share it with others
- You are responsible for all activities on your account
- You must be over 13 years old (16 in some regions)
4. Content Rules and Prohibitions
The following types of content are strictly prohibited:
- Pornographic, obscene or sexual content
- Hate speech, discrimination or violence-promoting content
- Copyright-infringing images or text
- Spam, advertising or commercial content
- Posts containing personal information (address, phone, etc.)
- Content promoting illegal activities
5. Content License and Rights
- You retain ownership of the content you upload
- You grant Outfitry a limited, non-exclusive license to provide the service
- Separate consent is required for AI model training
- You can delete your content at any time
6. Content Moderation and Removal
Outfitry reserves the right to remove content that violates our rules. Repeated violations may result in account suspension or termination.
7. Artificial Intelligence and Automated Recommendations
- AI recommendations are purely suggestive in nature
- Recommendations are not legal or binding decisions
- We do not guarantee the accuracy of results
- You have the right to dispute AI results
8. Advertising and Monetization
The app may display advertisements and offer premium features. You can manage your advertising preferences and opt out of targeted ads.
9. Data Retention Periods

10. Sharing with Third Parties
Your data is only shared with third parties necessary to provide the service (cloud providers, analytics services). Data sharing with advertising partners requires your consent.
11. International Data Transfers
Your data may be transferred to servers in different countries. Necessary security measures are taken in such cases.
12. Content Moderation, Complaints and Takedowns

13. Service Interruptions and Changes
Outfitry reserves the right to temporarily suspend, modify, or completely terminate the service. Important changes will be announced in advance.
14. Limitation of Liability
- The service is provided "as is" without warranty
- No responsibility is taken for the consequences of AI recommendations
- Liability for damages from data loss or service interruptions is limited
- Maximum liability is limited to fees paid in the last 12 months
15. Account Cancellation and Termination
- You can close your account at any time
- Your account may be suspended for rule violations
- Data is deleted within specified periods after account closure
16. Intellectual Property
The application and its content are the intellectual property of Outfitry. Unauthorized use, copying or distribution is prohibited.
17. Dispute Resolution
Disputes will first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If unresolved, competent courts may be applied to.
18. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Istanbul courts have jurisdiction over disputes.
19. Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time. Important changes will be announced within the app. Continued use after updates implies acceptance of new terms.
